Sleepy Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lemon balm leaf
  • 1/2 cup catnip leaf
  • 1/4 cup chamomile flowers (only use flowers so its not confused with ragweed)

Directions:

Put all of the ingredients in quart-size jar. Cap and shake until well mixed.


To make, infuse 1 tsp of tea in 1 cup of hot water. Use a tea ball or strainer for loose leaf tea. Let tea steep for about five minutes.


Add a bit of raw honey if desired. This tea is safe for young children but never give honey to a child 1 year or younger. Serve shortly after dinner.
