Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2-3 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut water
This is a basic recipe. You can vary the ingredients for optimal minerals.
Directions:
Blender together until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy!
